WONHE Multimedia Commerce Ltd is an unlisted Australian company founded in July 2015.

Through contractual arrangements between the Company’s China Subsidiaries, the Company has a contractual entitlement to the economic benefit and control of the WONHE Business.

The WONHE business is currently focused on the research, development, manufacturing and sale of the Home Media Centre, Domestic Routers and Commercial Routers.

It is anticipated that WMC will list on the ASX during September 2015.
